Thérèse (Terri) Caron Partenaire / Partner Thérèse à commencé dans l’industrie de services financiers en 1993. Elle a été employée dans le côté d’impôt et investissement de l’industrie jusqu’à 1996 quand elle à fondées Les Entreprises TCL. Thérèse began in the financial services industry in 1993.  She was employed in both the tax and investment side of the industry until 1996 when she founded TCL Enterprises.  Terri specializes in taxation for the retired and tax planning to maximize after tax growth of investments.  She also has extensive experience with estate planning, clearing and debt consolidations.  Terri has been a Commissioner for Oaths since 1998.
Phillip M. Meyerson, CPA, MST Partenaire / Partner Phil a été dans la comptabilité et la taxation depuis 1981. Phil has been in accounting and taxation since 1981.  He is a graduate of Northeastern University (Boston) with a BSBA in Accounting and a MS in Taxation.  Phil specializes in all aspects of taxation from the simple return to multinational issues.  Phil has over ten years experience in business valuations and brings to the firm expertise in taking a company from the start up stage to the wind down years.  Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Phil has been a Commissioner for Oaths since 2008.
